Order Modifications & Cancellations
You can modify your order details (such as color, size, shipping address, or phone number) or cancel the order within 24 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
If you choose to cancel the order after shipping, a 30%-50% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover storage, order preparation, and shipping costs.
14-Day Return Policy
You can request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your Mri Lights order (excluding return shipping costs). All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all accessories. Additionally, returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Ineligible for Returns
The following items are ineligible for return:
Customized or personalized lamps.
All accessories.
Large orders of the same product (three or more of the same lamp) are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
Return Process
Send an email describing the reason for the return and the item you wish to return to [email protected].
We will respond to your return request within 24 hours (24-48 hours on weekends and holidays). Once approved, you will receive a return approval email. Please check both your inbox and spam folder.
After receiving approval, return the item promptly. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once shipped, please email the tracking number, tracking URL, and photos (including the item in its box) to confirm it is from Mri Lights.
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 48 hours. If eligible, we will issue a refund; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Return Shipping Fees
Orders shipped with expedited shipping are non-refundable for shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. Customers are responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs. Please inspect your lamp upon delivery and confirm it is in good condition within one week of receipt.
Return Address
We will provide the nearest return address based on your location. Once your return request is approved, please contact [email protected] to receive the return address and instructions. Returns made without prior notification will not be accepted.
Refunds
For approved returns, refunds may take up to 5 working days to process to your original payment method (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit Card: 3-5 days). Amounts may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply if the return period has expired or under the following conditions:
Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
Finding a better price elsewhere.
Items purchased by mistake or no longer needed.
Restocking fees depend on the return period and item condition:
Change of mind within the return period, item in original condition: 20% restocking fee.
Item returned within the return period but damaged or altered: up to 50% restocking fee.
Returns after the return period (original condition): up to 80% restocking fee.
Returns after the return period (damaged/non-conforming): up to 100% restocking fee.
Damaged Goods During Return Shipping
Please carefully wrap returned lamps. We cannot refund items damaged during return shipping. In such cases, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and notify us. Damaged items will be kept for 30 days.
Manufacturer Defects
Mri Lights reserves the right to repair any lamp with a manufacturing defect. If the defect cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
